Heading into the San Gabriel Wilderness with Lauren and Beyond we knew that we were in for a fun day - Southern California mountains were covered with snow overnight and these two were ready for an adventure. It's pretty amazing that less than an hour from Los Angeles you can have a picture perfect snow day!
After throwing on snow chains (living in Southern California we didn't own any yet and were lucky to find the last set available within driving distance) we headed up into the mountains and the two of them had fun sledding and even started a snowball fight — the perfect additions to a snowy adventure session!
